Frequently Asked Questions

Yoonify is a blockchain-based marketplace, offering you fractional ownership investment in multi-family residential properties. Essentially this investment model is a way of democratizing access to multi-family real estate, previously only available to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

As an investor, you have the opportunity to buy fractional ownership in income-generating real estate properties. You will receive monthly dividends, generated from rental income, which will be deposited directly into your bank account. You will also receive full capital gains upside on your investment upon the sale of the property. In addition, you have tax advantages as an ‘owner’ of rental property.

Asset-backed tokens are blockchain-based tokens, which represent units of value that are pegged to real-world assets, such as real estate, or other commodities. They allow users to have fractional ownership rights over a physical and tangible asset in a digital form.
