Vice President of Private Placements

We are looking for a Vice President of Private Placements with extensive experience in high-net-worth (accredited investor) financial products and private placement sales to lead multifamily real estate investments.

Yoonify acquires luxury multi-family-properties and offers fractional ownership of the properties on its blockchain powered real-estate marketplace. This investment opportunity is tailored for accredited investors and institutions that want to diversify their investment portfolio to include cash flow producing hard assets. The properties are highly curated stabilized income-producing assets that generate a preferred return for investors.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Raise capital for multifamily real estate investments
• Originate and manage new private placements
• Develop relationships with clients, prospects, and intermediaries within Wealth Channel industries
• Work with legal team to successfully negotiate convenants and other provisions within loan documents
• Collaborate with the leadership team to meet annual goals and objectives

Experience required:

• BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years as a securities salesperson, or other high-net-worth financial sales roles will be considered
• Raising capital for multifamily real estate
• Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and ability to self-manage

Knowledge of blockchain technology a plus
