Vice President of Acquisitions

We are looking for a Vice President of Acquisitions to oversee the growth and management of investment assets across the U.S. while ensuring efficiencies with sound investment decisions.

Yoonify acquires luxury multi-family-properties and offers fractional ownership of the properties on its blockchain powered real-estate marketplace. This investment opportunity is tailored for accredited investors and institutions that want to diversify their investment portfolio to include cash flow producing hard assets. The properties are highly curated stabilized income-producing assets that generate a preferred return for investors.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Manage the sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, and debt/equity procurement processes for assets in multiple states
• Direct and oversee acquisition team activities to ensure efficient operations, compliance with standards and procedures, and sound investment decisions
• Set appropriate goals and objectives for the acquisitions team to achieve company performance goals
• Review and improve acquisitions policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and validate multifamily investment opportunities that support the acquisitions strategy
• Ensure flawless execution of all acquisition transactions, including but not limited to market analysis, proformas, feasibility and due diligence studies, business plans, ROI analysis and underwriting

Experience required:

• BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of direct acquisitions and underwriting experience of commercial and/or multi-family properties
• A minimum of four years of supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills
