Director of Multifamily Investments

We are looking for a Director of Multifamily Investments to manage and expand listings for our real estate investment platform.

Yoonify acquires luxury multi-family-properties and offers fractional ownership of the properties on its blockchain powered real-estate marketplace. This investment opportunity is tailored for accredited investors and institutions that want to diversify their investment portfolio to include cash flow producing hard assets. The properties are highly curated stabilized income-producing assets that generate a preferred return for investors.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Manage multifamily investment activities across the United States
• Identify new multifamily investment opportunities (portfolio and single assets) and continue to grow industry contacts
• Oversee due diligence, acquisition underwriting, deal structuring and negotiating, and arranging debt financing
• Prepare investment recommendations and present them to the leadership team and clients
• Meet annual goals and objectives

Experience required:

• BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Five to ten years investment experience within the multifamily industry in a private-operating company, a REIT, or real estate investment platform
• Demonstrated record of successful investing and originating individual transactions directly or through joint venture partners
• Established market relationships across the United States
• Strong underwriting, financial analysis, negotiating, and communication skills
